Cancellation Policy

Recording Session Cancellation Policy At U-Pod Studios, we understand that life happens, and we aim to offer flexibility while valuing the time and resources allocated to each recording session. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Full Refund: If you cancel your recording session at least 72 hours before your scheduled session time, you will receive a full refund. Partial Refund: If you cancel your recording session between 72 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time, you will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: If you cancel your recording session within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, no refund will be issued. Please note that cancellations must be made through our official contact methods. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
